pray for japan. / FAQ

I've been paying close attention to the disaster overseas in Japan, breathing in every bit of heartbreak, loss, destruction, fear, and desperation. As someone who believes in the power of prayer, I ask for everyone to pray to their Gods, spirits or creators to send strength, protection, and comfort to all displaced by this horrible disaster.

On an unrelated note, I get a lot of questions about my hair, makeup (of which I'm wearing none at the moment), and other things. On Wednesday I'll answer them all in a video, so I figured I'd give you guys the opportunity to ask anything else. I'm happy to answer almost whatever you guys throw at me!

I just stumbled across your blog in my search to find new style inspiration from people who actually live in MN and experience all that MN Weather can throw at us. I must thank you, because now I'm addicted... Check back almost daily to see what you've posted. Love your fresh take on fashion and mixing it up. Just the inspiration i need for the spring closet cleaning, I've got so many new ideas to try. Thanks! Keep it coming!

Gorgeous post, I am praying for the people of Japan as well :)

Kudos for you to start running! That's so awesome! I tried running a couple times but I am the worst! I get so tired, I think I just need to hopefully keep at it and whip my own butt into shape ;)

I love the whole shorts with tights thing going on right now, but i can't seem to pull it off myself. I usually end up changing before i leave the house because i feel like a tool. What advice do you have on pulling it off. Aside from the confidence to just rock it, which i may be lacking a bit. Also I got a super cute gray fadora for Christmas, and still have yet to wear it for the same reason as above... feels like I'm trying to hard. Any tips would be great. Thanks! ~Misty
